The Stealth Pro-Life Rock Song Heard by Millions

"Closing time, every new beginning comes from some other beginning's end." Those lyrics, from the rock band Semisonic's hit song "Closing Time", were heard by millions across the nation in the 1990s. The message of the song seems straightforward enough: It's about being kicked out of a bar that is closing for the night. Yet, the song has a deeper, pro-life meaning that many don't realize.

"[People] think it’s about being bounced from a bar, but it’s about being bounced from the womb," lead singer/songwriter Dan Wilson revealed recently.

Learn more about singing the song's hidden meaning here.
