ACT NOW! Key pro-life bills need your support!

Bills establishing a “Choose Life” Wisconsin specialty license plate and banning abortion coverage in state employee health plans have passed the Wisconsin State Assembly and await passage in the State Senate.  As the legislative session comes to a close, it is critical that the State Senate pass these pro-life bills NOW and send them to Governor Walker for his expected signature. You can help make this happen!

Assembly Bill (AB) 206, legislation authored by Rep. Andre Jacque (R-De Pere) and Sen. Mary Lazich (R-New Berlin), establishes a “Choose Life” Wisconsin specialty license plate. Choose Life Wisconsin, Inc. will disburse the proceeds from the sale of the plates to pregnancy care centers throughout the state.

Assembly Bill (AB) 216, legislation authored by Rep. Jacque and Sen. Glenn Grothman (R-West Bend), bans abortion coverage in state employee health plans and provides an exemption from the state contraceptive insurance coverage mandate for non-profit religious organizations, religious employers and religious institutions of higher education.

Think Twice Before Buying Girl Scout Cookies

Around this time of year, little girls come knocking on your door selling Girl Scout cookies. But while these cookies may be delicious, you may want to think twice before supporting the Girl Scouts (Approx. 15% of each box sold goes to the troop. The rest goes to the regional councils, while the national organization receives millions of dollars in licensing fees.).

While some local troops' activities may be wholesome, sadly, Girl Scouts USA promotes radically anti-life women, such as Planned Parenthood founder Margaret Sanger, as role models, regularly partners with pro-abortion groups like Planned Parenthood for "educational" activities, and encourage girls to fight for abortion on demand. For more details on why the Girl Scouts are not the wholesome organization they used to be, read here, here, and here

Here are 10 ways to raise pro-life kids.
