Pro-Life Wisconsinites Join Half a Million in Largest March for Life Ever

Pro-Life Wisconsin pilgrims joined approximately 2,000 Wisconsinites who traveled by plane, car, and bus to Washington D.C. for the largest-ever March for Life. Well over a half a million people of all ages rallied and marched to the steps of the Supreme Court in prayer and song, pleading for an end to abortion on demand. Tens of thousands of signs calling for recognition of the personhood of the preborn child could be seen throughout the march.

"I have traveled with Pro-Life Wisconsin to Washington D.C. for the annual march for 19 years straight. This was by far the youngest, most energetic, and largest march and rally I have seen," said Peggy Hamill, Pro-Life Wisconsin's State Director. "We were blessed to have our Pro-Life Wisconsin travelers join in several rallies, workshops, and religious services, including a private mass celbrated by Milwaukee Archbishop Jerome Listecki," said Hamill.

As always, Pro-Life Wisconsin pilgrims returned to their local affiliates throughout the state energized and better equipped to advance the Gospel of Life and the cause of personhood for the preborn.
