Pro-Life Wisconsin Victory Fund PAC announces 2012 candidate endorsements

Candidate endorsements by Pro-Life Wisconsin Victory Fund political action committee (PAC) are now available to be viewed online here. The Victory Fund PAC has endorsed a total of fifty-two candidates for state office in the upcoming fall primary and general elections. Included on the endorsement page is a message on what it means to be “100% pro-life.”

“We are proud to endorse these candidates who recognize the personhood of the preborn child and who hold the principled and compassionate ‘no-exceptions’ pro-life philosophy,” said Matt Sande, director of the Victory Fund PAC. “Only when we have lawmakers who will not discriminate against those preborn children who are politically unpopular – those conceived in rape or incest, for example – will we see an end to the scandal of abortion.”

Pro-Life Wisconsin Victory Fund supports candidates for public office who demonstrate a commitment to protect each and every innocent human life – in all circumstances and at all stages of development. To be “100% pro-life” is to know that a human life begins at conception and to therefore understand that there may never be a legal exception to an innocent child’s inalienable right to life. Accordingly, it requires defending the child conceived in rape, the child whose mother’s life is perceived to be in danger, the disabled preborn baby, the tiny embryo vulnerable to experimental research, or the “terminally ill” patient who is viewed as a “burden” on society.

“The Victory Fund PAC stands behind the candidates who are willing to stand behind 100% of the babies,” said Sande. “2012 is a critical election year. We have an incredible opportunity to reclaim a pro-life majority in the State Senate and to build on the pro-life majority in the State Assembly. We are galvanizing our members to actively support these pro-life candidates and push them on to victory.”

Paid for by the Pro-Life Wisconsin Victory Fund PAC, George Kriegl Treasurer. Not authorized by any candidate or candidate’s agent or committee.

"My poor wife, my poor child": Another 8 month-old baby forcibly aborted in China

From LifeSiteNews:

Yet another victim of China’s forced abortion policy has come forward to sue the government for its brutal and corrupt treatment of his wife and family.

Wu Liangjie said his wife, Pan Chunyan, was eight months pregnant in April when family planning officials injected poison into her unborn child’s head, causing her son to be born dead two days later – despite the fact that the family had paid the fine for having a third child.

“There is no way to describe how she felt when she saw the baby,” Wu said. “An hour earlier, she could still feel the movement of the unborn baby in her womb, but now in front of her was a dead baby boy, bruised all over with some skin peeling from his face…She broke into wailing the moment she saw the little corpse.”

Because of Chunyan’s rural location and the fact that their first child was a girl, the couple was permitted to have two children: a girl, 8, and a boy, 3. But party leaders in Dongjing village in Fujian province demanded the family pay 45,300 yuan ($7,110) when they learned of the third pregnancy in March. Wu told officials, “The baby is already so big, aborting it would cause my wife too much suffering and too much heartbreak. So we’ll pay.”

Yet after the family made an agreed payment of 20,000 yuan and agreed to pay the rest at birth, officials reportedly imprisoned Pan and demanded 55,000 yuan within hours. After handing over the borrowed money, Wu said officials rushed his wife to Xianyou County Women and Children’s Hospital.

“A group of people broke in and killed the eight-month unborn child in my wife’s womb with an injection of poison,” Wu said. “One of my cousins tried to film this on his cell phone, but he was beaten up too and his cell phone was snatched away.”

“At the beginning, the baby moved violently in my wife’s womb, probably because of the pain.”
