Ambulance Called to Madison Planned Parenthood

Last Wednesday, June 5th, Pro-Life Wisconsin sidewalk counselors outside the Madison Wisconsin abortion clinic reported that a woman was taken out of Planned Parenthood on a stretcher and left in an ambulance. As is typical for Planned Parenthood medical emergencies, the ambulance arrived and left without lights and sirens in an attempt to not draw attention to a crisis.

This is a sobering reminder that abortion is a dangerous procedure, one that can cost the life of the mother!

Remember to pray for our sidewalk counselors, as well as all women considering abortion!

Girl Scouts Join Planned Parenthood at Huge Pro-Abortion Conference

Girl Scouts of America used to teach girls moral values and strong character. Now, not so much. The Girl Scouts' connection to Planned Parenthood has been documented for many years, but never have they so boldly associated themselves with America's number one child killing business, joining them at the recent "Women Deliver" conference that promoted abortion under the guise of women's health.

Fr. Pavone of Priests for Life Tackles Personhood

Personhood is the defining issue in the abortion debate, and abortion will not end until the personhood of each unborn child is recognized. Fr. Pavone has a compelling column addressing this issue in the Washington Post. While the column is a couple of years old, it is still highly relevant to the personhood fight, which won’t end anytime soon.

"The first challenge in the debate over “personhood”initiatives for human life in its earliest stages is to actually engage the issue, rather than reactively dismiss it with labels like “extreme.”

First, this is not a dispute about when the life of an individual human being starts. That’s settled scientifically.

The widely used medical textbook The Developing Human, Clinically Oriented Embryology states at page 2 that “A zygote is the beginning of a new human being….” At page 18 this theme is repeated: “Human development begins at fertilization….” (6th Edition, Moore, Persaud, Saunders, 1998).
