UW-Stevens Point pro-life display vandalized by
student government member
From
LifeSiteNews.com:
After having their display vandalized
on the night of April 30th, several members from the UWSP pro-life group,
Pointers for Life, were repairing the display around 11am on the morning of
May 1st when a group of angry students, lead by UWSP Student Senator Roderick
King, began to walk though the rows, taking crosses from the ground and
throwing them.
King began to voice his complaints and said that Pointers for Life had
"no right" to display the crosses, and that it was "his duty
as a paying student" to take them down.
When the campus Protective Services officer arrived, most of the students
stopped vandalizing the display; however, Senator King did not stop. He
claimed, "The freedom of speech does not cover these signs and
symbols!" Only after the Protective Services officer threatened to make
him pay for damages did Senator King stop.

Felician Sister Clare Klein offers
flowers at the grave of the Hodari Babies, buried May 3 at Holy Sepulchre
Cemetery, in Southfield, Michigan,
Cemetery Section 71.
|
On May
3, more than 300 mourners gathered at St. Gerald's Church in Farmington, Michigan
for the funeral Mass for 23 victims of abortion. The aborted babies were retrieved from
trash dumpsters at the WomanCare abortion facilities in Michigan owned by abortionist Albert
Hodari. Bishop John M. Quinn, Auxiliary Bishop of Detroit,
offered the funeral Mass.
Pro-lifers
retrieved the babies on February 24 and March 2, amid bio-hazardous waste
and numerous patient records.

HPV vaccine: Preventive care or human sacrifice?
Reports
of adverse reactions to the new HPV vaccine Gardasil are escalating. One
particularly heart-wrenching example is the story of 12-year-old Brittany,
who lost all feeling in her leg and collapsed two weeks after receiving the
Gardasil vaccine.
Adding insult to injury, people who are injured by the vaccine cannot even
sue Merck, the maker of the Gardasil vaccine, because it is part of the
National Vaccine Injury Compensation Fund.
While the FDA claims adverse reactions to Gardasil are rare, a review of the
U.S. Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) data shows that several
thousands of adverse reactions have been reported in the United States
alone. And hundreds of Australian girls have experienced side effects like
paralysis, dizzy spells and seizures, but Australia's Department of Health
and Ageing refuses to release any details.

Largest crowd ever participates in Canadian March
for Life
From LifeSiteNews.com:
A massive crowd of pro-life
demonstrators, the majority of whom were youth, gathered on Parliament Hill
in Ottawa today to issue a call to legislators
and Canadians as a whole to put an end to abortion in Canada. An
estimate given by a police officer to Campaign Life Coalition president Jim
Hughes was that a record-breaking crowd of 8,000 people participated in this
11th annual March for Life. Several other crowd-counters came up with almost
identical numbers, making the 2008 March the largest March in the history of
the pro-life event.
