You Helped Save Babies with PLW!

Thank you!  We are so grateful and happy to share that your investment in our educational and outreach efforts has changed lives and even saved lives!

One specific project of the True to Life Media Campaign consisted of running advertisements on the backs of city buses from November, 2014 to April, 2015. This bright and engaging ad contained a hotline to aid women in crisis pregnancy situations. Women who call the number are directed to the closest crisis pregnancy center where they can receive the care and support they so desperately need.

The ad, which you made possible, received millions of impressions, and the hotline reported communicating with 30 women as a result of this specific ad. Even if only one life had been saved we would celebrate, but the fact that a very probable 30 lives have been saved gives us great joy!

You made this happen! Thank you for loving every life enough to make this outreach possible. Help us continue this work in 2015! Invest in the lives of more preborn babies today with PLW.

Is the Life of a Baby Conceived in Rape Worth Protecting?

On Wednesday, May 13, the U.S. House of Representatives passed H.R. 36, the Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Act. While many pro-lifers nationwide hailed this as a major victory for the movement, Pro-Life Wisconsin and a growing number of pro-lifers are decrying discriminatory exceptions (rape, incest, and life of the mother) embedded into this bill and other pro-life legislation.

Live Action News is the latest pro-life publication to call out the hypocrisy of legally protecting some babies from pain, while abandoning others to an agonizing death.
Many men and women who were conceived in rape are suffering emotionally right now. Why? Because the message being given is that their lives should not be protected— that their lives are not valuable. This bill is saying that it would be perfectly fine to abort them, and pro-lifers are lining up to support it.
