“…the issue of the world does not depend on us but is in God’s hands.” – Pope Benedict XVI

I often feel very small working in the pro-life movement. In a left-leaning town such as Madison, I question my ability to make even the slightest change to the culture of death. As I type away in this coffee shop, I look around me, pondering how many customers share the same pro-life views as me. Probably not very many, I conclude, and the lonesomeness creeps in. But maybe it’s not their fault, I continue. Maybe they haven’t even been introduced to the truth. Maybe they have never been shown this real love. It’s possible they are on my side, but the odds are against me.
