Walter Hoye will be the guest speaker. Hoye is the founder and president of the Issues4life Foundation and a core member of the National Black Pro-Life Coalition. On October 3, thousands of Americans will be mourning the victims of abortion by gathering for prayer and candlelight vigils at abortion facilities and other locations nationwide.

New layette items may be dropped off for donation to local crisis pregnancy centers. Visit or contact Charmaine Herbert at 262-387-0587 or

Last year’s LifeChain brought 1,000,000 people out onto miles of sidewalks in
more than 1000 cities in 50 states and Canada. LifeChain is a simple yet effective way for all those who call on the name of the Lord to show that they are opposed to the killing of babies. LifeChainers simply stand along the roadside, peacefully and prayerfully, for one hour on a Sunday afternoon holding a pro-life sign. See the LifeChain website for the full list of Wisconsin locations.

Former Planned Parenthood lobbyist appointed to Assembly Health Committee

Chris Taylor (D-Madison), currently a state Representative and a former lobbyist for Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin, has been appointed by Democrat Minority Leader Peter Barca to three legislative committees for the 2011-12 legislative session.

From her press release:
Representative Taylor is now a member of the Assembly Committees on Health; Labor and Workforce Development; and Ways and Means.

When she was elected, Taylor promised to further Planned Parenthood’s agenda. And now it appears she is on the perfect committee (health) to do so.
