National Pro-Life T-Shirt Day Observed in Schools
and Businesses Throughout Wisconsin

At the bubblers and through the halls of Wisconsin’s schools and businesses, Pro-Life Wisconsinites are speaking up today for the voiceless preborn. Sporting pro-life t-shirts in observance of National Pro-Life T-Shirt Day, students and workers are wearing messages proclaiming the humanity of the preborn and expressing opposition to abortion in written words for all to see.

Sheila, an eighth grader at Wisconsin Hills Middle School in Brookfield, wears the message “Rock for Life: Who will cry for the children? Who will be their voice?” “I wear my pro-life
t-shirts to school regularly,” said Sheila. “My friends and I get into a lot of good discussions. It is great to be acting today in solidarity with other pro-life teens around the country.”

At an office in Milwaukee, Patricia’s shirt reads: “Pro-Life Wisconsin: Defending God’s Plan--No Exceptions, No Compromises, No Apologies.” “I am proud of what I believe and advocate for—it’s no secret,” stated Patricia. “My coworkers may or may not agree with my message, but at least they will be challenged to think about it today.”

National Pro-Life T-Shirt Day is an effort being promoted by American Life League. “As the American Life League affiliate for our state, Pro-Life Wisconsin is thrilled to participate in this simple but powerful means of spreading the pro-life message,” said Peggy Hamill, state director of Pro-Life Wisconsin. “We of course advocate the proclamation of the pro-life stance 365 days a year, and we are proud of our affiliates as they skillfully do so throughout the state.”
