PLW Victory Fund PAC Endorses Grothman
in Senate Primary Challenge

The Pro-Life Wisconsin Victory Fund Political Action Committee (PAC) today announced its endorsement of Glenn Grothman in the 20th Senate District primary election scheduled for September 14th. Grothman, a member of the State Assembly from West Bend since 1993, will challenge fellow Republican and Senate Majority Leader Mary Panzer. Panzer supports legalized abortion.

“We are very proud to endorse Glenn Grothman, a candidate who embraces the ‘no exceptions’ pro-life philosophy,” said Mary Matuska, president of the Pro-Life Wisconsin Victory Fund PAC. “We urge pro-life Wisconsinites in the 20th Senate District to support the sanctity of human life with their votes for Glenn. Every vote will count in this hotly contested primary election.”

The 20th Senate District includes West Bend, Cedarburg, Grafton and Port Washington.
“Grothman is clearly in step with the pro-life convictions of the voters in the 20th,” said Matuska. “The people of Washington and Ozaukee counties, for example, are largely pro-life and vote their consciences.”

Pro-Life Wisconsin Victory Fund supports candidates for public office who demonstrate a commitment to protect each and every innocent human life – in all circumstances and at all stages of development.

“Only when we have lawmakers who will not discriminate against those preborn children who are politically unpopular – those conceived in rape or incest, for example – will we see an end to the scandal of abortion,” said Matuska.
