Pro-Life Wisconsin Students Proudly Participate
in National Pro-Life T-Shirt Day

In the cafeterias, classrooms and corridors of Wisconsin schools statewide, Pro-Life Wisconsin students are speaking up Tuesday for the voiceless preborn. In observance of National Pro-Life T-Shirt Day, students are proclaiming the humanity of the preborn and expressing opposition to abortion in written words by proudly wearing their pro-life t-shirts to school.

Sheila, a sophomore and member of the track team at Brookfield Central High School, wears her Runners for Life t-shirt bearing the words, “On course with Christ for preborn life...(front) Running for their preborn lives (back).” “I wear my t-shirt to school and track meets regularly,” said Sheila. “I hope others will ask me about my faith and my support for God’s tiny preborn children.”

Sarah, a member of the UW-Stevens Point pro-life club (C.H.I.L.D.), will be wearing a t-shirt with the message, “I survived (front). 1/3 of our generation has been wiped out by abortion (back).” “I strongly encourage everyone to speak for those who are silent by wearing a pro-life t-shirt,” stated Sarah. “Give society a clear message: It’s not okay to kill… ever.”

National Pro-Life T-Shirt Day is an effort being promoted by Rock for Life, a division of American Life League. “As an American Life League associate in our state, Pro-Life Wisconsin is thrilled to participate in this grassroots, powerful means of spreading the pro-life message,” said Peggy Hamill, state director of Pro-Life Wisconsin. “We of course advocate the proclamation of the pro-life stance 365 days a year, and we are proud of our volunteers as they skillfully do so throughout Wisconsin.”
