Pro-Life Wisconsin to gather for Annual Banquet and Celebration Tomorrow Night

Hundreds of Pro-Life Wisconsinites from across the state will gather for Pro-Life Wisconsin’s Annual Auction Dinner on Friday, September 29th at the Country Springs Hotel in Waukesha.

The evening will include a silent auction and dinner and will feature well-known author and public speaker Dave Durand as the evening’s guest emcee. Dave Durand is President and CEO of ProBalance, Inc. and a frequent media guest on various TV and radio talk shows, including his nationally syndicated weekly segment on Relevant Radio. Dave has helped thousands of people through his highly acclaimed book, Perpetual Motivation, and his ever-in-demand seminars on time management.

“Our annual auction is such an important evening for us,” said Peggy Hamill, State Director of Pro-Life Wisconsin. “It’s a time for us to come together with our supporters from across the state, re-cap some of our victories of the previous year, and, in general, have a good time.”

In addition, Pro-Life Wisconsin will honor our Legislator of the Year, Representative
Jeff Fitzgerald (R-Horicon).

As a member of the State of Wisconsin Building Commission, Representative Fitzgerald twice voted NO on the construction of the Wisconsin Institutes for Discovery, a $375 million public/private biomedical and human embryonic stem cell research center on the UW-Madison campus. On both votes he was the sole dissenting voice on the Commission, courageously standing up for our tiny embryonic brothers and sisters. This is just one example of Jeff Fitzgerald’s deeply held commitment to the sanctity of human life – at all stages and in all circumstances.

For the fifth straight year, Pro-Life Wisconsin will have a capacity crowd of close to 500 pro-life supporters from throughout Wisconsin. “I’m always touched seeing pro-lifers from every corner of the state coming to support Pro-Life Wisconsin’s ‘no exceptions, no compromise’ mission,” added Hamill.
