True to Life Media Campaign
True to Life began in 2004 when Pro-Life Wisconsin delivered pro-life radio messages to over 70 radio stations across the state. Now, True to Life encompasses not only radio, but print ads, billboards, earned media and most recently, television ads. From beginning of life to end of life issues, True to Life has used the mass media to draw others to a culture of life.
True to Life is a necessity - it delivers the truth about the abortion culture in order to affect real change in society, educates Wisconsinites on the sanctity of human life, encourages others to take hope in restoring a culture of life and reinforces the total protection message.
True to Life has run pro-life TV ads in markets around the state. In 2008, Pro-Life Wisconsin took the truth about emergency contraception to colleges across Wisconsin, placing ads in student newspapers before spring break. The ads urged students to make smart choices over the week-long holiday. Pro-Life Wisconsin partners with Human Life Alliance to place pro-life advertising in college newspapers around the state, reaching more than 100,000 students, faculty and staff every year.
