True to Life Media Campaign

True to Life began in 2004 when Pro-Life Wisconsin delivered pro-life radio messages to over 70 radio stations across the state. Now, True to Life encompasses not only radio, but print ads, billboards, earned media, social media and television ads. From beginning of life to end of life issues, True to Life has used the mass media to draw others to a culture of life.

Billboard_Christmas_ultrasound.jpgTrue to Life is a necessity - it delivers the truth about the abortion culture in order to affect real change in society, educates Wisconsinites on the sanctity of human life, encourages others to take hope in restoring a culture of life and reinforces the total protection message.

True to Life encompasses our blogmultimedia outreach (Facebook, Twitter, videos and YouTube), editorials and columns in major newspapers such as the Wisconsin State Journal, Milwaukee Journal Sentinel and targeted newspapers such as diocesan Catholic paper and the Wisconsin Christian News, pro-life advertising and education.

Billboard.jpgOur pro-life advertising includes "Pregnant? Need Help?" images, on Milwaukee buses and billboards (Milwaukee County is home to two of the state's four abortion facilities); personhood billboards in Green Bay and metro Milwaukee; "Mary's Ultrasound" billboards in cities across the state around Christmas time; a partnership with Human Life Alliance to place pro-life advertising in college newspapers around the state, reaching more than 100,000 students, faculty and staff; and educational ads in college newspapers on the dangers of emergency contraception.
